Whether you’re a beginner or you’d like to beat your time from previous years, this is the group for you. The training style enables all different standards to train together. It's the best way to prepare yourself - as we all know training on your own can be quite lonely and demotivating but as a group, it can be fun and will help you be at your best.

FAQS
Where do we meet?
Sydney Park Oval (Sydney Park Rd, Alexandria) is where most of the sessions take place. There will, however, be some longer runs around the area when we enter phase 2 and 3 of training.
When do we start training?
The first training session will be Tuesday, May 31st at 6.00am.
What days do we train?
Tuesdays at 6.00am and Saturdays at 8.00am. A personalised program will also be given to you at the start of the program which will encourage you to do some training in your own time.
I’ve never done it before, does this matter?
Of course not!! Speak to any of the returning runners and they’ll tell you that they had doubts too, but by the end of the training they felt ready and excited to be doing it.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions will generally run for 45 minutes but there will be some longer sessions in phase 3 of the program.
Do I need to be a member?
No not at all, this is open to anyone... why not train with a friend?!
What do I get in the package?

How much is it?
24 training sessions with all the above for only $425. This means each session is only $17 plus you get all the above for free ................. WHAT BARGAIN!!
I can't afford to pay it all up front, is there another payment option?
Yes! We can set up a direct debit so the money will come out on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly date of your choice. The direct debit will stop once the full amount has been paid.
I can only make Tuesday sessions but I really want to be involved. How can I?
If you can't make saturdays because of football, then a program session will be emailed to you so you can do the training during the week. A non compulsory slow run evey other sunday will be organised too if you'd like to meet up with others. There are already a few lined up who can't make both sessions so don't worry. The price will be cheaper too!!
