After storms swept the North-West Coast racing was abandoned on Day 2 and all sailors held ashore. This meant that the results from Day 1 stood as the final standings.

A small but dedicated field of five teams showed up at the Hobart Regatta Grounds on Saturday February 6 to compete in the inaugural Yachting Tasmania Open Teams Racing Tournament.
