Want to get your Touch season off to a flying start? Ballina Touch is holding junior coaching clinics on Friday 11 and Friday 18 September from 5.00pm - 7.00pm. Come and learn the skills of the game from our Representative Coaches and senior players and give yourself a head start for the upcoming season. There is no cost to attend,

U20 Girls Rep Team to attend NSW State Cup

Ballina Touch is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for our up and coming female Touch players. If you turn 14 years before 2 December and are interested in seriously improving your Touch, learning heaps, having lots of fun and being a part of a great club weekend, come and give U20s at NSW state cup a go.more

Registrations for our 2015-16 Junior Season will be open from next week 17-8-15. Now is the time to get your teams organised.

Working With Children

A ‘Working with children’ check must be completed by the adult contact for each team and submitted to Administration. The NSW Government has recently changed the way these checks are administered. The check must now be completed on-line via the Roads and Maritime Services website - please use the following link:more

$550 FINE FOR SMOKING AT A SPORT EVENT

Please be aware that NSW Health - Tobacco Compliance Officers will now be issuing fines to people found smoking at sporting events.
Smoking has been banned at sport venues in spectator areas since 7 January 2013 under the Smoke-free Environment Act 2000.
Club members and spectators are still saying that they are not aware of the new regulation and have not been advised by their club.
Unfortunately this excuse will not prevent the individual from receiving a fine.

The fine for smoking at a sporting event is $550 to the individual smoker.more

Ballina Touch Bullsharks Hoodies

As some of you know the club has been working on designs for new uniforms including off field gear. This is part of the next step in the club’s goal of raising the profile of the club at representative level and encouraging more players to have ago at representative Touch.more
