TASANOC has confirmed that the Olympic Day 2012 will be held in the outer island groups of Ha'apai. This event will be held in conjunction with the Ha'apai Zone Games, designed to develop sport for the island. The games will consist of both traditional sports such as coconut husking (hokaniu) and Olympic sports such as rugby 7's. Olympic Day will take place on June 23rd and the Ha'apai Game will be on June June 20th - 22nd.more
