SANDY BRONDELLO VISITS SYDNEY

City of Sydney Basketball Association members are invited to come and meet visiting coach Sandy Brondello on October 8th at North Sydney Stadium, 4pm-5.30pm.

Sandy is the Head coach of the 2014 WNBA Championship Winning Team the Phoenix Mercury and 2014 WNBA Coach of the Year.

A former Opal Sandy played 302 games for Australia including going to four Olympics and World Championships.more

GIRLS ONLY CAMP A HUGE SUCCESS

Seventy eight girls took part in the associations first Girls only camp held at Alexandria stadium during the September holidays. Ranging from the ages of nine to fifteen the camp provided girls the opportunity to develop and refine their basketball skills along with compete in shooting competitions and play games.more

LEVEL 0 (Beginner) REFEREE COURSE

When: Saturday 4th October 2014 - Time: 1 to 4:30pm
Where: Alexandria Basketball Stadium, 53 Maddox Street Alexandria
Cost: $30 includes afternoon tea, referee booklet, quality whistle and lanyard
