BILAMBIL JUNIOR TOUCH SEASON 1 2014

New Online System for 2014.

Players and team coach/ delegates will have to register their details online (this is just like filling out a player form). Please see Online Registration TAB for more details. You can still hand in or email your teams form with player’s names/user codes (please see below for more information about the user code) and Fees for the season.

 

Also new is a Finger print/ Photo Id machine.

This will be used ONLY for team coaches and delegates to sign their players on for the night. Team coaches/ delegates much sign on each Friday night to insure the eligible for their team to play Semi-finals and the Grand Final, this is also for our new insurance policy.

 

Director- Tamara-lea Cusack will be probably out for most of the beginning rounds due to having a baby and hopefully be back by round 6 of the season. Any question Please email through to bilambiljuniortouch@hotmail.com or see one of our amazing staff members.

User Code: Once you have signed online you will be given a user code, please make sure you write your user code down or give it to your team coach/ delegate (this goes for team coaches and delegates), as this is now your id code for the new computer system. This user code should be written beside the players name on the team registration form and handed to touch staff on sign on nights.

Individual Registration; You will also have to sign online to be able to play this season, again please make sure you write down your user code name and hand it into the touch staff on the individual sign on night.

Individual Sign on Night: Any players that have been allocated a team during these sign on nights, touch staff have been advised that they cannot move you into a full team. This can only be allowed if a team member original from that team has either not paid fees on time or has pulled out of the team. Once placed into a team that is all we can do. Best option is to get in fast and on the correct sign on nights allocated.

Under Eights (8’s) must have a maximum of Twelve (12) players per team and a minimum of Ten (10) players per team.  Any boys turning five (5) years of age during the competition season will be classified as a ‘girl player’s.

Under Ten’s (10’s) to Under Seventeen’s (17’s) must have a maximum of Ten (10) players per team and a minimum of Six (6) players per team.

Fees must be paid on/during these dates provided; 8th August (team sign on), 15th August (individual sign on), and 22ND August (shirt collection). The cut-off date is the 19th September no further payment can be made and removal from field and/or team until further payment can be made.

This is a junior competition and NO VERBAL OR PHYSCIAL ABUSE will be tolerated. Please RESPECT OTHERS.
