Changes to Rep and Open Age training

There have been some changes to Rep and Open Age training sessions. These changes take effect from the beginning of February.

Access for All Abilities Basketball in term 1 2015

Access for All Abilities Basketball (AAA) is for girls and boys aged 6 - 16 years, with special needs, who would like to learn to play basketball at a fun, friendly and inclusive club. The next season commences on Saturday 31st January 2015, 11.15 - 12.30pm.

Help us convince the politicians that All Stars needs a stadium!
Support our campaign - write a message on our basketball poster, send an email and/or social media message to your local candidate, take some of the basketball posters to training and games, tell the politicians when they knock on your door that a key local issue is the need for an indoor sports facility at Collingwood College.

Exciting draft plans for the new stadium

Architect and Collingwood All Stars parent, Mark Meaden has created some exciting draft plans for the new Stadium!

These have been sent to all the Yarra Councillors and State electoral candidates and illustrate the potential for a landmark sporting facility at the entrance of Collingwood College. The plans will aid further discussion and planning.

Collingwood Football Club handballs help to young basketballers residing in public housing

Living their mantra 'Side by Side We Stick Together', Collingwood Football Club and their Foundation have entered into a partnership with Collingwood College and the Collingwood Basketball Association. The Magpies will support access programs for local public housing residents, and get behind a proposal for a new sporting facility at the College.

Rep training times and venues are now available. Training commences from Monday 20th October.

Silent Auction and Raffle at Presentation Day

Check out the fantastic donations we have received for the silent auction and raffle we are running at our annual Presentation Day! We are raising money for a basketball court in Yirol, South Sudan and supporting our Community Liaison project.

Presentation Day Sunday September 14th

The annual Collingwood Basketball Association Presentation Day is on Sunday 14th September at Spensley St Primary School. Come and celebrate the last year of basketball, acknowledge coaches, team managers and players, share some food, hear some music, purchase merchandise and support our silent auction and raffle!

Registrations for Summer Domestic season!

Registrations for the Summer 2014-15 domestic (Saturday) season are now closed. There may be some places available in some age groups. Please contact for further information.

Rep teams at long weekend tournaments

Over the 2014 Queens Birthday long weekend we had 17 rep teams at the Ballarat Tournament and 4 teams at the Nunawading tournament.

Donations for South Sudan Projects - can you help to cement a basketball court in Yirol East?

On Presentation Day in September we conducted a fundraising campaign to support projects in South Sudan. Thank you to all who donated goods and services (you are listed below).
We have raised funds to help Akech Manyiel restore the basketball court in his home town of Yirol East but we are seeking further donations to help cement the court. Find out how you can donate.
