2015 MasterClass Series, Dynamic Footy Skills (DFS) will be running a FREE skill development session at Ferrero Reserve in Mt Martha on Saturday May 23.

The MasterClass Series is open to players who are eligible for Under 10, Under 11 and Under 12 competitions (born in 2003, 2004 and 2005).
The session on May 23 will run from 9am until 12pm and consist of smore

Some kids were luck enough to get up close to some of the St Kilda Players on Tuesday, 10th March. They visited 8 Primary Schools from Sorrento to Mt Martha. Thanks to the Owner and staff at Rose GPO Hotel for supplying a wonderful venue for lunch on the day.more

MPJFL hosted a girls footy clinic Friday 28th November at South Mornington JFC. 19 girls turned out to have a kick.

The league is currently organising an Information Night for Girls Football. Inviting all girls from the Peninsula to find out more about girls footy, where they can play and also the pathways that are set up for girls keen to play. We are hoping for this to be held at the end of October or early November depending on venue availability.more

Wrap up of the Australian 15 and Under championships in NSW sees the Vics winning the gold medal. With a 9 point win over Qld. Great work with Luke Davies/Uniacke taking out best player in the competition and receiving All Australian Honours. Team member Hunter Clark also performed terrific.more

Had an excellent session with 84 boys from across the MPJFL coming together on Wednesday the 14th May at the Mornington FC. Mark Wheeler and a number of Stingray coaches assisted with and light informative training session. More exciting news with Georgia Walker, Lizze Muir and Jordy Allen making the Under 18's Youth Girls Metro side, that will play in the National Championships next week in Canberra. Both Georgia and Lizze play with the Mornington Peninsula Youth Girls side. Jordy Allen is an Under 14's from the Rye JFC. This is a great effort from the girls to make it through to the Vic side. SORRENTO Junior Football Club’s Max Kleverkamp has been named in the initial Under 16 Vic Country squad.
He will participate in a series of training camps and trial matches in a bid to earn a Big V jumper.
The national U16 championships will be played on the Gold Coast from July 5-11.
Kleverkamp is a member of the Dandenong Stingrays’ U16 squad, which has two in the state squad from the MPJFL.more
