Winter 2015 Season Trophy Presentation

The trophy presentation for the Winter 2015 season was held last Thursday night at Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club. Gary Murphy, member of the Board of Management of Gold Coast Recreation and Sport Inc presented trophies to players and the Perpetual McNeil Cup to Team Wicked who defeated Wolves to win the competition. Mat Le Busque Chair

This season Rollerblaze was fortunate to have Brisbane-based player Mat Le Busque join our Tuesday night social competition. Even more fortunate last Tuesday night when Mat presented Rollerblaze with his Infinite basketball chair enabling new players to "have a go" at wheelchair basketball. City of Gold Coast Community Grant

A huge thank you to City of Gold Coast who recently granted the Rollerblaze programme $1,500 to assist with repairs and maintenance of equipment. The continuing support of City of Gold Coast is really appreciated by all the players and volunteers at Rollerblaze. The Community Grants Program fosters community support and participation through local not-for-profit organisations.more

2015 Summer Season Trophy Presentation

On 13 June Rollerblaze held a trophy presentation lunch at Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club - such a beautiful setting for a really nice day. The Eagles, captained by Roger Gordon, received the Perpetual McNeil Cup for the first time. Marijana Reweti and Jane Nott were the lucky winners of the door prizes. Photographs in the gallery.
