Modified rules to promote team play and individual skill development. Rules of note include:

• Games will consist of two 13 minute halves, and will start on each half hour
• Baskets lowered to 2.4m, size 5 ball, foul line is closer, and regulation court size.
• Wrist Bands - colour coded so player can mark their opposition player - promotes guarding, rather than chasing the ball constantly
• Retreat Rule Players must retreat to touch halfway when: clearly lose possession or their team scores - promotes transition from offence to defense and creates space for dribbling and passing to develop
• 4 Dribbles Max promotes passing and sharing of the ball with teammates, leads to better play
• Four fouls per player, per game -  promotes non physical play and ultimately leads to better defence
• Each team is to wear a consistent uniform, preferably numbered (we can supply some bibs)
