8&Under and 10&Under
Team Nomination Forms Via MBA Magic Club
If you wish to nominate a team into our 8&Under and 10&Under competitions directly through the MBA Magic club in preference to joining one of our Affiliated Clubs please find information on this process below.
Please note that this is only available to teams nominating into our 8&Under and 10&Under competition. Teams can still elect to join one of our MBA Clubs (please click the name to acccess these) however for the 8&Under and 10&Under competition it is not a requirement to be affiliated to a club.
The process for nominating a team directly with the MBA Magic Club is as follows:
- Download the 8&Under and 10&Under MBA Magic Team Nomination Form
- Complete the Team Nomination Form with the team's responsible person details (this is usually the team manager or coach)
- Scan and email the Team Nomination Form to: admin@mandurahmagic.com.au or drop into the MBA Offices, located within the Halls Head Recreation Centre on Honeysuckle Drive, Halls Head
- The Operations Manager for MBA will then contact you to arrange the payment of the $80 Team Nomination Fee applicable to all teams nominating into our 2016/17 Summer Domestic Competition. This can be paid over the phone via EFTPOS or an invoice can be sent to you for Direct Deposit payment
- Once the Team Nomination Fee has been paid, the MBA Operations Manager will email back to you a TEAM CODE and online player registration form link.
- The Responsible Person for the Team will then forward this TEAM CODE and PLAYER REGISTRATION LINK to all players who will be playing in this team.
- Each player is to then complete the online PLAYER REGISTRATION FORM and pay the required fee online and they will then be added to this team
- Done!
The process may sound a little tricky, but it is fairly straight forward and a step by step process. If you should have any queries at any stage please contact the MBA Office.
