Team Sheet
A team sheet is to be produced, in the usual manner, via the Sporting Pulse system.
Your Finals Match shall appear in your Match List on the Monday morning leading into the finals match.
Please create your teamsheet as normal, including players and officials for the match.
Additions and alterations should be marked on the teamsheet as usual.

30 minutes prior to the start time of your finals match, the teamsheet is to be presented to the Ground Manager. This official shall sign the teamsheet, as sighted at that time. Please ensure this is completed, as it may lead to a fine or forfieture of match if not signed by Ground Manager.
The teamsheet is to be completed during the course of the match, with any Yellow/Red card notations included, along with any change to player information.
At the completion of the match, the original team sheet shall be handed to the Ground Manager. This will require signature of the Team Manager and signature of the Ground Manager (as completed prior to the start of the match).
Team Sheet Requirements
A copy of the teamsheet is to be handed to the opposition Team Manager at half time (as per standard requirement) including alterations from original printed teamsheet.
No player may be added to the teamsheet after the completion of the Half Time break. No player may take the field if not entered to the Team Sheet.
