AREA AGREEMENT – 2015 SEASON
Between
Maryborough Castlemaine District Football Netball Leagueand Stawell 13 & Under Football Ass.
This agreement is signed pursuant to the AFL VICTORIA COUNTRY Rules and Regulations pertaining to clearances and permits and in particular Rule 2.10 and – Area Permits whereby an interchange of players between clubs of the above mentioned Leagues may take place without clearance or permits and is subject to any provisions contained within this agreement
1. This agreement is in force for the 2015 season only.
2. That the player(s) involved desire to play with the Maryborough Castlemaine District Football Netball League and Stawell 13 & Under Football Association on the day in question.
3. That the player(s) concerned are aware of the AFL VICTORIA COUNTRY Rules 2.1 and 2.5 regarding permits. The conditions referred to in Rule 2.2 do not apply under this agreement. There is no eight game restriction under this rule.
4. That prior to the player(s) first match with the chosen club the player(s) must obtain written permission from the club where he is registered.
5. The Permit Form signed by the player is valid for the 2015 Season only. The player need only sign one Permit Form, this form to be valid for the season.
6. The Permit Form must be signed in triplicate, one copy sent to the Stawell 13 & Under Football Association Secretary and one copy sent to the Maryborough Castlemaine District Football Netball League Manager and one copy held by the player(s) registered club.
7. The player(s) at any time during the season may interchange between the Stawell 13 & Under Football Association and the Maryborough Castlemaine District Football Netball League back to their registered club.
8. Players can only apply for a Permit to play with one club in the 2015 season.
9. At all times the player(s) are registered with their club of origin for the 2015 season.
10. For Permit players to be eligible to play in the Maryborough Castlemaine District Football Netball League finals the player must be qualified under the local qualification rules.
11. Players may only play one match per day.
- Permit players must be marked as such on the team sheet.
