Netball Central Zone U23 Assistant Coach
(Premier grade & Rep coaches)

Netball Central is seeking applications for the Assistant Coach Role for 2015 Netball Central Under 23 Team.  The timeframe for the team is as follows:
* Trial Date - 19 April 2015, Arena Manawatu
* Weekly trainings – Sunday mornings
* Competition – minimum of 2 weekend warm-up tournaments & NZ Age-Group Championships (Auckland 6th – 9th July 2015)

Wellington East Girls’ College
(Collegiate & Premier Grade coaches)

 Wellington East Girls' College is seeking netball coaches for our Senior and Junior teams for the 2015 netball season. 

WEGC is a high performing School with an outstanding reputation for excellence in Sport. With over one quarter of students involved in Netball from Years 9 – 13, Netball is the highest participatory sport of choice at Wellington East Girls’ College.  In the 2014 season there were over 23 teams representing WEGC over competitions held weekly in Wellington.  

March through to September coaches are required to attend regular weekly trainings and games.  Within netball we have a vision to develop players, coaches and officials to the highest level of achievement. It is our aim for students to reach maximum potential at local and regional levels as well as continuing to maintain high levels of participation in forthcoming years.  The School provides support, resources and looks forward to hearing from anyone who would like to get involved in the WEGC Netball culture.

Ories Netball Club
(Senior level Coach)

Ories Netball are currently seeking a coach for their senior 1 team. 
We are a small club with a big heart and with being sisters to our rugby brothers and sisters we have a wonderful sense of family being part of the Ories Club.  This year we have new uniforms and sponsors and support show our support for our top coach by enabling them to attend Netball NZ coach development courses.    

We are seeking someone who is committed and keen, whether it be their 1st or 20th year coaching, we are interested to hear from you.  Trainings to begin with are on a Thursday 1900-2000 and then from 7th April it changes to Tuesday nights 1800-1900.

 Wellington Northern United Netball Club
(Premier 2 & Senior level Coaches)

We are a small friendly club based in Wellington’s northern suburbs and are currently seeking expressions of interest for coaches at all levels ranging from Premier 2 through to Senior level.

The 2015 season commences early April and we will undertake player trials in late February with trainings commencing after this.

We have a supportive committee and can offer coaching courses via the Netball Central Zone, Indoor training, training equipment, club apparel and small payment at the end of the season. Player coaches also receive a significant reduction in season fees.

We share club room facilities with North Wellington AFC for club get togethers and functions. All enquiries welcome.

Netball Wellington Centre
(U15, U17, U19 and LFNC rep team Assistant Coaches)

Netball Wellington Centre invite interested lead coaches to take up the opportunity to get involved with coaching our 2015 representative teams in the following age categories:

  • U15 1st Team (Black) for a one year period
  • U15 Development Team (Gold) for a one year period
  • U17 1st Team (Black) for a one year period
  • U17 Development Team (Gold) for a one year period
  • U19 Team for a one year period
  • Lion Foundation Netball Championship Team (LFNC) for a one year period

Positions within the Representative Team Management are a pathway opportunity for all coaches and managers wishing to further their coaching careers and for those wishing to give back to the netball community at Centre level. These positions are in a volunteer capacity however and provide a fantastic opportunity to further develop yourself. Travel and accommodation will be covered for each team management official to attend most away fixtures and tournaments with the exception of apprentice coaches who are assisted to attend local tournaments only.

 St Mary's College
(Premier Reserve down to Junior College level coaches & managers)

St Mary’s College is a recognised leader in Netball locally, regionally and nationally. Netball is the largest sporting code at the College and we offer many opportunities for players of all levels. We have a total of 23 teams at the College.

Our Senior A team is regularly amongst the top teams in Wellington and New Zealand and in 2012 finished 3rd, 2013 winners, and 2014 finished 2nd at LNISS, again qualifying them for the New Zealand Secondary School National Competition.

We are currently seeking an Expression of Interest from coaches for the 2015 season for all teams at the College and also invite interest from people with experience interested in managing teams.

The successful applicant will be suitably qualified, enthusiastic and experienced coach and lead netball teams. They will also have excellent technical, organisational and interpersonal skills. They will have a sound understanding of secondary school netball and the ability to work effectively in a team environment whilst understanding, supporting and a commitment to the special character of the school.

We would also welcome applicants starting on their coaching pathway

Karori Netball Club are looking for coaches for the 2015 season with a passion for netball and who strive for success.  The current club members we have are supportive and all love their netball so there will never be a dull moment coaching or managing with us.

Our teams are in Prem 3, Prem Reserve 3, Senior 1 and Senior 2, and we welcome anyone who has the skills for any of these levels to contact us.  Some of these coaching positions are paid positions.
