Referee Information
The Country Basketball League is the premier open age competition in Country Victoria. The league itself has a rich history and is a key component in the development of Country Athletes, Coaches and of course Referees.
CBL has established itself in the BVC referee pathway as the step from Junior Championship Referee to Big V, SEABL & National League Referee.
Schedula
The Country Basketball League is using Schedula as it's Referee Management program. This will include your availability information and approintments. For help with Schedula, please contact Karin Berrysmith or Sammy Cartwright
CBL Travel Claims
Travel claims are to be sent through to sammy.cartwright@bvcc.net.au.
All claims will be subject to approval by Sammy Cartwright, BVC Competitions Manager.
Claims are calculated at 40 cents per km, with the first 40kms of the claim exempt.
For example: You travel 200km. Claim 200km in your email. BVC will deduct 40 kms and then multiply by 40 cents.
Travel claims will be processed weekly by Wednesday 11am. Late claims will be processed the following Wednesday.
All travel claims are capped at $200.

Accommodation
If you require accommodation for an appointment you are to email sammy.cartwright@bvcc.net.au your request by 3pm Wednesday prior to the weekends match.
MVP Voting
Included in your match day duties is to provide, as a group, your votes for Most Valuable Player in each match you referee. Each team will get a voting slip and the referees will also get a slip. Votes can be assigned to any player on either team and slips returned to the home delegate once completed.
Reports
In the event that you are making a report against a player, coach, etc. please complete the form below and submit to the League office asap.
