It is a requirement of Basketball Australia that ALL Coaches and Team Managers provide their respective Association with a copy of their working with children card/number.

A volunteer check is free and will last a few years. Once you have completed your application you will be provided with an application number, please provide this number to admin@bmbasketball.org.au

 

You will be asked within the application form to enter an association. Please enter one for your club and one for Bacchus Marsh Basketball Association.
