We've Missed You!

Sport is soon to return and all of your friends at Norths are ready to see you back on the court hooping. 

It's important that when we return, we do so in a safe manner.

 

 

"SLOW, SMALL, DAILY"

 

Basketball Australia has put together an awesome video with all of the movements that you need to practice before you get back on the court. We've also designed a booklet so that you're able to mix up your workouts and keep them fresh. As stated above make sure you start slow, small, and workout daily.

 Click the link to the PDF below for your own "toothbrush booklet". Like Brushing your teeth, this booklet needs to be completed daily to ensure that you return to sport as the best version of yourself.
