Why you became a Coach:
- Education of the Individual – to provide skills and abilities to an individual player one on one so they can succeed at being their best.
- Team dynamics and Group building - To create a strong team culture, provide leadership within a group and create group harmony/chemistry.
- Bringing a group together to accomplish one common goal – that goal being success through enjoyment of participation and interaction with others.
Coaching Philosophies:
- Recruit players who want to learn –Players must be willing to learn and commit to improvement.
- Coach with enthusiasm and passion – I believe this approach rubs off on players and makes them enthusiastic about the task of learning and improving.
- Seek opinions – to besecure enough to be challenged and seek opinions from others. Always open-minded to innovation and change.
