Also the night you tell me your available to ref, that is your shift like at any other workplace.
Treat this like any other job. The amount of times people pull out of umpiring, I can guarantee if it was another job you would not have that job any more. Please treat umpiring the same.
If you have other things going on you plan around YOUR shift. I am getting abit over the amount of people that just keep pulling out of umpiring, for " just becuase" or they planned something that night, work around umpiring like you would be expected in any other job
