BELMONT NORTH SHARKS PURPLE SOCKS DAY 21st JULY

The Belmont North club wanted to support a charity that related more to their players so they selected the Ken Marslew Enough is Enough foundation. The object of ENOUGH is ENOUGH is to promote practical peace strategies amongst young people by running school and community based programs which give them the responsibility to deal the level of violence in today’s society including bullying, cyber-bullying, and harassment. Player will wear purple socks and the club will be donating their canteen funds from the day, there will also be a jumping castle, snow cones, BBQ and officials dressed in purple. After each game a player from each team will be selected to receive a player of the day award. If you are attending Lenaghan Oval on the 21st July take a little extra cash and support this worthwhile charity.
