Welcome to Lacrosse SA

Lacrosse SA is the peak body for lacrosse in South Australia, managing competitions for Women and Men, and Girls and Boys from age 8.

The main field lacrosse season runs from April to September, but there are other competitions as well - Indoor Contact, Indoor "Sof-crosse", pre-season competitions and University and High School competitions.

Registrations for the Club Coach Course (Level 1) are now open

Lacrosse SA is pleased to announce that registrations for the Club Coach Course (Level 1) are now open.

The first course will be held on Sunday 29th May 9am-4pm at Glenelg Lacrosse club.

The first session will be targeted at beginning coaches in their first or second years with more experienced coaches encouraged to come to the next courses in July and August.more

LSA Senior Coaches Survey

As a part of Lacrosse SA's ongoing focus on Coach Education we are seeking feedback from senior coaches, captains and other interested coaches & players to help guide topics/sessions for the upcoming Senior Coaches Forum.

The Senior Coaches Forum will be FREE for all participants and first session will be set for late June/Early July once speakers can be confirmed.more

Lambton Mount Lacrosse Club (LMLC)

ALA is very pleased to announce the launch of Lambton Mount Lacrosse Club (LMLC), a nationally focused lacrosse club for former female and male lacrosseurs, whether they be players, officials, administrators or supporters. LMLC is affiliated with ALA and therefore have a connection with all state clubs.

ALA U19 Australian Men's Team

Congratulations to Burnsides' Liam Hood on selection in the U19 Australian Men's Team & alternates Patrick Palmer and Lincoln Potter.

The team will compete at the 2016 FIL U19 Men’s World Championship, to be held in Coquitlam Canada, Thursday 7 – Saturday 16 July 2016.more
