North Canterbury Basketball has revamped its Hoops Promgramme by bringing in Rep coach Gordon Wong.
We are also launching our Stars Academy for high school players run by our Club Coach Danny Wilsonmore
North Canterbury Basketball will be entering a Premiere Men's in the Canterbury Club Competition this year.
We will also have our U23 and Division 1 Men's teams.

Paul has delivered many programmes similar to this back in Australia and Danny has coached countless North Canterbury teams and they have offered to help us out!more
North Canterbury's Referee Co-Ordinator Adele Morris will be holding an 'Intro to Reffing' course at Kaiapoi North School hall on Thursday 24th Oct from 5.30-6.30. All welcome whether you have no experience or just want a refresher!more
Summer Scrimmages are on for all those looking at playing Club Basketball in town in 2014.
They are on Thursday nights at the Woodend Community Centre from 7-9pm.
From U17s-Div 1 come down and simply pay a gold coin at the door to play!more

Come down to the Mega Centre on Sunday 9th of June to try out for U13,
U15 and U17 teams.
These teams will compete in tournaments in the July holidays in
Oamaru, Christchurch or Nelson.more

NCJBA is in need of a new funding co-ordinator. The position would require you to apply to charitable trusts in order for us to receive funds to help provide basketball at a top level for players in the North Canterbury region.more
