Positions available within VWFL’s media team

The Victorian Women’s Football League’s media department is looking for football fanatics to join the team.

Are you a budding sports journalist?

Are you looking for hands-on sports media experience during 2013?

Do you love footy?

Then join the media team at the Victorian Women’s Football League.

The VWFL Media Team is a dedicated group of volunteers that produce the league’s main stream media, live streaming website coverage and social media promotion.

It gives volunteers an opportunity to experience different areas of the media and practical experience, which is advantageous for those hoping to forge a career in this area.

There are a number of roles you can undertake across different platforms with the VWFL Media Team.

If you are interested in being part of the VWFL Media Team in 2013, contact Director of Media, Brooke Mezzetta via email (brooke@vwfladmin.org.au) and provide your resume including a short description (100wds) of how you can assist the VWFL in expanding the profile of women’s footy. Inclusion of photos or pieces of writing etc are encouraged.

Feel free to contact Brooke 0402 664 607 to have a discussion prior to submission of your resume.

Comment Guidelines: The SportingPulse Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
