REGISTER FOR 2016 SEASON

Due to the Federal Government's Privacy Legislation, neither the GFL nor the clubs are permitted to rollover players already on the database for the 2016 season.  Instead players or in the case of juniors, a parent/guardian, are required to login to Sporting Pulse and self register.

The registration form for each of the six GFL clubs can be accessed by clicking on the relevant links below:

New players can simply go to the appropriate link above to register.  Please note that you will be required to produce documentary evidence to the club (Driver's Licence or birth certificate showing full name and DOB) before the registration can be finalised.

Existing players will need a username and password to access your record and update the registration.  If you have not received an email from the Club you need to contact whoever is looking after player registrations at your club for the login details.

Players who are seeking a clearance to a GFL club will not be able to register until after the clearance has been finalised. Clearances open on the 1st February.

2016 FIXTURES

The 2016 senior and junior fixtures have been uploaded to Sporting Pulse.

JUNIOR FOOTBALL AND AUSKICK INFORMATION DAY

The West Coast Eagles training camp will be held in Kalgoorlie on the 8th and 9th February 2016.    There's a lot planned for the WCE players and part of that includes an autograph session for the general public at Digger Daws Oval on Monday 8th February between 4.30pm and 5.30pm.

This will coincide with an Information session for junior footballers and Auskick players to learn how to register to play in 2016.

GREAT SOUTHERN CARNIVAL

The team and support staff depart Kalgoorlie at midday on Friday heading for the annual Great Southern Carnival in Lake Grace.  The first game will be at 8.30am on Saturday morning and the next three will be at two hourly intervals throughout the day.    They will play the final two games on Sunday.  Each game consists of two 20 minute halves with time-on, so the reality is that the games usually last for about an hour.

The team is coached by Craig Nicholls from Kangas and the assistant coach is Graeme Borchet, one of the GFL's most highly decorated senior coaches.

Ian Dunstan is the Team Manager and he's clearly on a mission this year with a desire to bring home the silverware.

There are about four GFL umpires who have committed to displaying their umpiring skills at this Carnival.

For many years Sandvik have sponsored this team and again in 2015 they have come on board by providing the sports bags for all involved.

Keep an eye on this page over the weekend as results will be uploaded regularly throughout the weekend.
