About Us

Sunday July 27 Mitcham Football Club Juniors are holding a charity day for "Kick Start For Kids". This charity provides breakfasts to thousands of kids on a daily basis in conjunction with schools. It is shocking to learn how many children go to school each day without having breakfast.

For more information or to make a donation please go to the website http://kickstartforkids.com.au/

There has been some confusion from players regarding kicking the football into play after a behind has been scored, the player must wait until the Goal Umpire has finished waving the flags before kicking the ball into play

MSJFL Rules  can be found here

Notice to all players

It's fine to play as hard as you can and as well as you possibly can for your club, but just over the last few weeks, as I watch the many games I watch every Sunday, I have noticed some very aggressive behaviour that I am not happy about.

Remember play hard, but play the ball.

But most of all enjoy your footy.

David Evans

A massive thank you goes out to all the boys that represented the Metro South Junior Football League with such distinction yesterday at Playford Alive Oval. To play 5 games against a 26 club league compared to our 11 club league and win all of those games is a super effort. Thank you to all coaches Under 12 Fabian Muller, Under 13 Sam Walters, Under 14 Nick Stuart, Under 15 Kane Stewart.
Thanks to all the parents of the boys who made the trek to Elizabeth and I hope you all enjoyed watching your boys play so well.
Good luck to all for the rest of the season.
