For a number of years, the BTBC Committee of Management (CoM) has been working to establish a clearer governance framework that documents more clearly "how we do things around here" at Bulleen. A part of this framework is to establish clear policy statements that define guidelines and action plans that are appropriate to specific activities within club programs.

Policies will be established on topics relating to the operation of the Club and basketball programs where it becomes clear that creation of a policy will assist all stakeholders to understand the expectations and requirements around that topic. Policy statements are intended to complement other documents that describe club operations and provide clarity on specific topics as required to support program operation.
