NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2016
The 2016 Annual General Meeting of the Bulleen Templestowe Basketball Club Inc. will be held on Wednesday 28th September 2016 at 7.00pm at Manningham Templestowe Leisure Centre Anderson Street, Templestowe.
All members (playing and parent), life members, other members and interested parties are invited to the meeting. Voting entitlements are in accordance with Section 6 of the Bulleen Templestowe Basketball Club Inc. – Rules of Association. (available on the club website)
NOTICE OF BUSINESS
Any member wishing to raise matter of business for discussion at the AGM must give written notice of the business to the Secretary (secretary@bulleenboomers.com.au) at least Fourteen (14) days before the meeting. Notice of business received after 4.00pm on Monday 5th September 2016 will not be considered.

To elect directors in accordance with the rules.
Nomination for election of directors (3 positions):
Nominations must be:
1. Signed by:
a) The candidate; and
b) The nominator and seconder, both of whom must be members entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting;
c) Received at the BTBC office or by the Secretary, no later than 4.00pm on Monday 5th September 2016. The original nomination must be received, not a faxed or emailed copy.
2. Nominations may be accompanied by a statement of up to 100 words setting out the qualifications of the candidate that will be available to members at the AGM.
