To establish the Toowoomba Basketball Association as an innovative, highly respected, financially stable and self supporting club that is well managed, which in turn will provide a high quality of coaching and the opportunity for individuals to participate in accordance with the individual's ability and aspirations.

A safe, enjoyable and integrated team sport that is community based, multi-cultural and non discriminatory towards any individual or group, which provide social and representative pathways for all aspects of the game.

Domestic Programs / Encouraging greater participation at all levels.
Representative Pathways for both junior and senior players, coaches, and referees.
Referee and Coaching development through high level training programs.
Basketball development with emphasis on community involvement by way of clinics, promotions at local schools and elite training camps.
