Junior Rugby League – Canterbury Park

8 November 2012

Memo:        To All Clubs

Re:              Junior Rugby League – Canterbury Park

Canterbury Rugby League as part of its 2012 season review has identified a need for volunteer assistance at Canterbury Park on Saturday mornings to undertake the following tasks:

  • Assist with grounds set-up and pack down.
  • Assist with general queries.
  • Ensure games start and finish on time.
  • Canterbury Rugby League eyes and ears regarding behaviour.
  • Car park entry.
  • Shop and bbq assistance.

We are asking each club to identify and appoint one person to be part of a working group to assist in ensuring all children, parents, coaches and managers have a memorable and enjoyable experience at Canterbury Park with a view to ensuring all come back in years to come.

Ideally we will get enough volunteers to create a roster type system to ensure that as being part of the group the expectations are not too great on individuals time.

Should your club have a member that you believe can provide Canterbury Rugby League assistance in this matter we would appreciate you forwarding their name and contact details to Carol by Friday 30 November 2012. Carol Crozier – carol@crfl.co.nz or telephone 338-4531.

We thank you in advance for your assistance.

 Yours sincerely

 Craig Kerr
