Clearance Forms
1. Download, fill in and sign the clearance form
2. Obtain the signature of an official of the Club/Team to which a clearance is being sought.
3. The Club/Team official should then either forward this form to the Club/Team for which the player has played previously, or request via the website an Electronic Transfer (in which case the Clearance form is not required to be sent to the former Club/Team).
By-Law 4.1(d)
A financial team/club member must apply to their team/club and (BVABA) for a clearance between playing seasons. Such clearance may be held up by that team/club for only one calendar month. The player can then apply to the executive committee for an automatic clearance. Clearances can be granted during the season but only with the joint consent of both teams or clubs concerned.
