U23 Australian Men's Team, Head Coach - Bob Carter

2013 will be Bob’s fourth ASPAC Championship as Head Coach of the Australian Team, having previously held the same position for the ASPAC events of 2011 held in NZ, 2009 held in Korea and 2005 held in Japan. In addition, Bob was Assistant Coach for the 2004 ASPAC event held in Adelaide.

 Bob was also Head Coach of the U19 Australian Team for the 2008 FIL U19 World Championship and served as Team Analyst with the 2006 and 2010 Australian Men’s Teams for the FIL Men’s World Championship and 2012 U19 Australian Men’s Team for the FIL U19 World Championship. He was also Assistant Coach of the 2003 U19 Australian Men’s Development Team for the 2003 Friendship Games held in Japan. 

In 2002 Bob undertook coaching opportunities in Tokyo Japan and in China at the Beijing University. On the local front, he has held coaching positions of many state teams and club teams of all age groups and levels.
