PAK'nSAVE Kilbirnie January Netball Fun Holiday Programme
Half Day programme held at the Kilbirnie ASB Sports Centre for Year 3-8 run towards the end of the holidays over two weeks.  Week One runs 3-Days from Tuesday 20th January to Thursday 22nd January due to Wellington Anniversary Day falling on Mon 19 Jan & an EPIC Sports Day occupying the whole ASB Sports Centre on Fri 23rd Jan.  Week Two runs for the whole week from Monday 26th to Friday 30th January 2015. Half Day programmes each week run from 9.00am – 12.00pm.  Incorporates a mix of netball activities and alternative sporting activities thrown in for increased fun and a chance to try something new as we enjoy the off-season period.  Cost: Week 1 $60 per participant.  Week 2 $100 per participant for half day-full week. $90 for additional siblings attending from the same family. $30 per person for single days only. Mama Brown SummerTwilight Competition
Social competition offers a Collegiate Grade open to players aged 14 years and older. Eight-weekoutdoor competition held on Mondays at the Hataitai Netball Courts starting 3rd February and ends 24^th March 2014 (rain cancellation day 31^st March). Cost: $300 per team, bib hire: $35 for 8-weeks or $5 per game. Umpire contribution of $10 per team must be made at the Games Office in cash prior to the start of each game. Junior Netball Programme – Term 1
An age-specific eight-week development programme held at the Kilbirnie ASB Sports Centre introducing children in Year 1-4 to the sport of netball allowing them to explore and learn basic movements skills in a fun and positive environment. Year 1&2 sessions held Mondays from 3.30pm-4.15pm while Year 3&4 sessions held from 4.30pm-5.15pm. First session starts 17^th February and ends 7^th April 2014. The programme also encourages and welcomes coaches/parents to get involved through assisting for the duration of the programme so we can support you in building confidence as coaches of primary school netball teams. Cost: $60 per participant. $50 for additional siblings attending from the same family. $8 per session if attending on a trial or casual basis. Coaches/Parent Helpers attend for FREE. Pre-Season Development Programme – Term 1
Two skill-specific six-week development programmes held at the Kilbirnie ASB Sports Centre aimed at motivated netballers in Year 7-10 who intend to trial for representative level teams in 2014 (previously known as "Talent Development Programme").  Year 7&8 sessions held Tuesdays from 4.00pm-5.00pm, Year 9&10 session held Tuesdays 5.00pm-6.00pm. Fast5 Friday League
Social competition offers a Collegiate Grade open to players aged 14 years and older. Nine-week indoor competition held on Fridays at the Kilbirnie ASB Sports Centre. Starts 14^th February and ends 11^th April 2014. Cost: Senior teams $245 per team or College/Uni Teams $196 per team.  You organise your team - we'll organise umpires, ball and bibs. For enquiries, email our Games Coordinator – games@netballwellington.co.nz.

PAK’nSAVE Kilbirnie Kids’ Netball Comp – Term 1
An after-school competition held on Wednesdays for Year 3-6 and Thursdays for Year 7&8 at the Kilbirnie ASB Sports Centre. Year 7&8 comp runs for 8 weeks starting Thursday 27^th February and ends 17^th April 2014.  Year 3-6 comp runs for 6 weeks starting Wednesday 12th March and ends 16th April 2014.  Grades cater to Year 3, Year 4, Year 5, Year 6, Year 7 and Year 8 competition.  Year 3 & 4 grades played as a five-a-side modified game over two thirds of the court with lower hoops set at 2.6m. All other grades played with standard netball rules and equipment. Games played between 4.00pm – 6.00pm each week.  Cost: Year 7&8 - $280 per team.  Year 3-6 - $210 per team.  Plus an umpire contribution of $8 per team must be made at the Games Office in cash prior to the start of each game. Mama Brown Get Ready for Netball Programme – Term 1
An age-specific six-week development programme held outdoors at the Hataitai Netball Courts with a focus on basic netball skills to give your child a good kick-start to the season.  Open to players in Year 5&6 and held on Mondays from 4.00pm-5.00pm. Regretfully, we did not receive enough interest in this programme to be able to run in Term 1.  We recommend Year 5 & 6 players register early for our Junior Netball Academy held in Term 2 - see down the page.

Discount for additional siblings attending from the same family offered - $90 for half day-full week and $170 for full day-full week. Preference given to full-week attendance however limited spaces available for single-day attendees - cost of $30 per day per participant. PAK’nSAVE Kilbirnie Junior Netball Academy – Term 2
A six-week development programme held at the Kilbirnie ASB Sports Centre.  Open to Year 5-8 and held on Wednesdays. Year 5&6 session from 4.00pm to 5.00pm and Year 7&8 session from 5.00pm to 6.00pm (details still to be finalised).  Starts on 21^st May and ends 25^th June 2014.  Netball-specific skill development encompassing a variety of fundamental skills each week including footwork, movement, ball skills, defence, attack, and shooting.  Skills learnt are applied practically in a modified game situation wherever participant numbers allow.  Cost: $70 per participant. Senior Netball Academy - Term 2
A six-week development programme held at the Kilbirnie ASB Sports Centre aimed at older players who may have just missed out on U15 rep team selection and are motivated  to further their skills and continue to approve for future trials.  This programme is by invitation-only - players are identified from rep trials and approached to be offered a space.  Run by experienced representative level coaches with a passion for working with dedicated young netballers. Held on Tuesdays from 4.30pm to 5.30pm. Starts 27^th May and ends 1^st July 2014.  Cost: $70 per participant. For enquiries, email our Programmes Coordinator – ndo@netballwellington.co.nz

Held on Tuesdays from 4.00pm–5.00pm for those who will be in Year 7&8 in 2015 and from 5.00pm-6.00pm for those who will be in Year 9&10 in 2015.  Starts 4^th November and ends 9^th December.
