2013 Junior State State Cup Nominations
Please find attached the information that you will require to enter teams and referees into the 2013 Junior State Cup.

Be advised to complete this process you will require your Team numbers, Coach details and Referee details (Mobile Phone & Email)
Incomplete nominations will not be accepted.
Important Registration & Payment
In 2012 the NSWTA has changed the process in which registration fees are collected in their events going from team fees to individual registration fee. For the Junior State Cup this will be paid by the individual at the point of registration of all players via the NSWTA Events website.
N.B Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Managers & Referees will register online although will not be required to make payment at the time of registration, although will complete their registration through a similar process.
Affiliate Team Nominations will be available through the link provided in the email and must be completed by the Affiliate Coordinator which this correspondence was sent to due by Wednesday 9th of January.
To complete the nomination the Affiliate Coordinator will need the following details;
There are a number of important details that are necessary for this process to be completed;
- The Affiliate Coordinator will need to know exactly which teams your club is entering into the competition.
- Also will need to have at a minimum the Coaches details (Name, Mobile & Email) of which they must be a Level 1 or Level 2 Accredited depending on the division they will be coaching.
- Also will need to have a qualified referee for each team and details (Name, Mobile & Email), plus an addition one from your club (For Example 2 teams/3 Referees)
The individual registration process will be open on the NSWTA Events website (www.nswtaevents.sportingpulse.net) once the nominations have been confirmed by the NSWTA Events Manager.
The Registration fees for the 2013 Junior State Cup are as follows;
- Team Members Individual Registration: $55.00 per person due Wednesday 30th of January. This fee includes Player Registration and the Referee fees for the tournament including accommodation of that referee. Should an affiliate's referees not require accommodation they will be reimbursed the accommodation requirement after the event.
N.B It is a requirement that all teams register a minimum of 14 participants per team to compete in the tournament. Late registrations will only be accepted via application in writing extenuating circumstances. The lodgement of such an application is not an automatic acceptance of a late registration. This will be notified in writing by the Events Manager.
