Community Referee Course to be held at Niagara Park Stadium on Sat 25th May 2019, 10am - 2pm. This is a beginner course to learn the aspects of refereeing and basketball rules. Min age to attend is 12. Cost is $35. Please see attached flyer for more information.

Basketball NSW are holding a Level 1 Referee Course on Saturday 29th October 2016 to be held at Niagara Park Stadium starting at 9.30am approx finish time 4pm. Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers further information still to come. If you would like to register please leave your details with us at the Waves office.

Registrations are NOW OPEN for the upcoming Junior Action Days.

Please find attached information and expression of interest form from Basketball Australia for the upcoming 2014 Zebra Tour. This is a referee development tour that will be run in conjunction with the Australian Schools Championships in ACT in December.

To register your expression of interest please complete and return the form to Basketball Australia by Tuesday 4th November 2014.

BNSW a running a Level 3 Referee Course at BNSW headquarters on the 25th and 26th of October 2014. Check attached flyer for further details.

FIBA has made a number of changes to the official rules, which are effective from the 1st October 2014. The new rules have been published and can be downloaded off the FIBA website at www.fiba.com Attached is a summary of the main changes.
