HOW TO ENTER THE VCC

• Click on the link (on the right hand side of the homepage) to either enter a Division 1 or a Division 2 team.
• Select which qualifying venue you want to enter the team into (based on the dates & venues provided in the 2017 VCC Calendar).
• Enter the school details, contact information & team name (e.g. Rowville #1, Box Hill Gold).
• Basketball Victoria will separately contact you to confirm your team’s registration to the competition and provide you with a Team Entry invoice.

 

For Division 2 - All Div 2 teams require a team list. There are additional steps in the online registration process.

 

• After the school & team details are entered you will be required to invite the players you have selected for that team to enter their details into the database.
• In the ‘Invite Players to Register to your Team’ section, enter the email address of each player (or their parent/guardian) & confirm.
• An automatically generated email will then be sent out to every person on the email list inviting them to join the team & for them to register as a player. The player/parent/guardian must click on the link in the supplied email to register & confirm their details to be eligible to play within Division 2.

Cant find the date & venue in the drop down list online?

This may mean that a particular qualifying day is at its quota of allocated teams. Please contact Chris Angus if this is the case & entry into your preffered date may still be possible (dependent on the number of teams in the other divisions on the day).
