Withdrawal from Appointment

Once the fourteen day advance period has closed you are obliged to fulfil your appointments unless through exceptional circumstances.

This is particularly true of appointments once published.

Withdrawal from appointment creates a significant amount of work for the Appointmenets Officer.

Use this form to submit notice of inability to fulfil and appointment, through exceptional circumstances.

If you are using an email client such as Outlook or Notes then you can submit directly from your mail application.

If you are using webmail then you will need to complete the form, save it, and attach the saved file to a new email.

Members withddrawing from appointments without a valid reason may be subject to disciplinary action.
