KEBC coaches are entitled to a fee at the end of each season to recognise their contribution and to encourage and keep coaches at the Club.  There are three levels of coaching fees available depending upon the level of qualification that the coach has attained.  These payments are set and approved by the Committee of KEBC.  Some coaches may choose to donate their payment back to the KEBC.  (Please note that this payment is not relevant to coaches of teams that choose not to train.)

In addition to this payment, some teams choose to organise a collection from each of your team member’s families and arrange a thank you gift for your coach.

Many teams also organise an end of season function for their team members to get together and celebrate their team’s participation in the KEBC.  This is of course optional and up to each team.
