All Players participating in the basketball competition are required to register and pay fees online so that your team can be registered with the Hawthorn Basketball Association (HBA). Please note that teams cannot be registered with HBA if they have less than 6 players.

AGE BRACKET AND ELIGIBLE BIRTH YEARS

Summer 2018/19 Season Age groups will be as follows.

Please note that teams with mixed age groups will play in the age group relevant to their eldest team member(s).

U/9 (Players Born 2011 and 2012) (lowered ring)

U10 (Players Born 2010 & 2011)

U/12 (Players Born 2008 & 2009)

U/14 (Players Born 2006 & 2007)

U/16 (Players Born 2004 & 2005)

U/18 (Players Born 2002 & 2003)

U/21 (Players Born 1999, 2000 & 2001)

U/23 (Players Born 1997 & 1998)

Note – a younger aged player may play up in a high age group, eg U10 aged may play up in U12. However, an older player cannot play down in a younger age group, eg U12 aged cannot play U10. Where a player chooses to play in two teams and two age groups; two registration payments will be required to be paid.

The registration fee for the Summer 2018/19 season (FOR TEAMS THAT TRAIN) is available until midnight Ssaturday 8th September and is $320.00.  Click here to register if your team trains.

The registration fee for the Summer 2018/19 season (FOR TEAMS THAT DON'T TRAIN) is available until midnight Saturday 8th September and is $275.00.  Click here to register if your team does not train.

Registration fees will increase to $375.00 after 8th September (irrespective of whether they train or not).

Under HBA policy, we are unable to register teams with less than 6 players. If you are looking for extra players for your team, please email our Club at kebcnewplayer@gmail.com.
