South Coast Stars Soccer Club Fundraiser

The South Coast Stars formed around 2 years ago in the Inverloch area.  The club has steadily grown from a junior only membership of 35 in the first year to just over 80 members in 2012, adding a Women's and Senior team.  In 2013 they again plan to grow adding a further junior team (U13's) and hopefully hit the magical 100 playing members.

The club is in the midst of fundraising for a relocation to Thompson Reserve in Inverloch which will enable them to expand and in the future field a full complement of age groups in the South Division.  The club has teamed up with the local Surf Life Saving club to host a Black Tie Gala Night on Friday 15th of March.  The flyer is attached but to get tickets or further information please contact (Vice President) Mark Donohue on 0418 530 675

What a great reason to visit Inverloch.  Enjoy a night out and help a fellow Gippsland club in the process.  The event is on the same weekend of the Inverloch Food & Wine Festival so if you can why not make a weekend of it.  For further information on the festival you could go to

We hope you can support the Stars as they establish themselves in these formative years.

Comment Guidelines: The SportingPulse Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand.
