Open Womens Team Entry Form
FFV Futsal, in association with the Melton City Council and Joma Australia, will be hosting the annual State Futsal Championships at Caroline Springs Leisure Center from Saturday April 2 to Wednesday April 6.
This year we are pleased to announce an Open Womens age division has been added to the Championships, which is scheduled for Saturday April 2 and Sunday April 3. It is an eight team competition split into two pools of four and all games are played on the normal 40m x 20m sized court.
Key points are as follows:
- A$5000 Prize Pool
- Featuring teams from New Zealand and Inter State
- FIFA Referee appointed for the Tournament
- 2 x 15 minute halves, Stop Clock
- Minimum three games per team
- Semi-Final and Grand Final format
- Team Entry $750 per team
- All players must be registered on My Football Club
- International teams must be endorsed by their Federation
The FFV State Futsal Championships Open Womens Tournament Regulations and Team Kit forms will be sent to the Teams upon receipt of Entry Form.
