Role of the School/Club Delegate

The Shepparton Junior Soccer Association is administered completely by volunteers. 

The SJSA recommends that schools entering teams in our competition form a committee to organise their teams. From the Committee one or two Delegates are nominated to attend SJSA Delegates Meetings & act as a liaison between the Committee & the SJSA Executive.

• Liaising with the SJSA Secretary/Registrar to coordinate registration of players.
• Liaising with the SJSA Secretary to coordinate team entries.
• Liaising with the SJSA Secretary &Treasurer to coordinate payment of registration fees to the SJSA.

Role of the School/Club Committee

The Committee & Delegates are responsible for managing all teams associated with their school/club. They are responsible for ensuring that all information from SJSA is forwarded to players, parents, Coaches & Team Managers.

• Organizing player registrations
• Allocating players into teams
• Appointing coaches & team managers
• Organising training venues
