Venue Information

The 2005 Masters Games Basketball Competition will be held The Wayville Sports Centre and Pasadena Sports Centre.

Venues:
WAYVILLE SPORTS CENTRE, Rose Terrace, Wayville
Wayville will be used as the Primary Venue for the Masters Basketball competition. It is located only a few minutes from the city centre and is easily accessed by bus from the city or from Pasadena Stadium. The venue accomodates 3 courts and is designed to cater for abled and disabled athletes. The centre has it's own dedicated carpark, canteen, bar, toilet and changeroom facilities. The Centre is home to the Adelaide FELLAS, WNBL Team (Formerly Adelaide Lightning).

PASADENA SPORTS CENTRE, Pasadena High School, Corner Daws and Goodwood Road, PASADENA.
Pasadena will be used as a Secondary Venue for the Masters Competition. It will be needed to accomodate the number of registered teams. It is also a 3 court venue with carpark, canteen, bar, toilet and changeroom facilities.

Both venues are of a high standard, within close proximity of one another approximately 5 to 10 minutes and are a short drive from the centre of Adelaide.

Participants will be able to catch the following buses to either venue from King William Street in the city down Goodwood Road:
210,214,216 and 218 or Transit Link Buses. For Wayville Stadium disembark at Stop 1 for Pasadena Stadium at Stop 18.
