You must register to play basketball at KBA using the online registration portal on our website.

We have been instructed by Basketball Qld that all registration and insurance with them must now be paid online. All members of Kingaroy Basketball must be registered with Basketball Qld.

Our Under 10 Aussie Hoops players have a seperate registration portal which can be found on our website or by clicking this link:  Aussie Hoops Registration   Fees for playing Aussie Hoops includes Basketball Australia and Basketball Qld registration.

All other age groups and competitions require registration with Basketball Qld as associate members to be eligible to play or train with our club.  The link to register may be found on our website or by clicking this link:  KBA and BQ Online Registration

This link is also used to pay Court Fees to KBA for your associated training or competition games or to register to play.

Please note:  As associate members of Basketball Qld we are bound by their By-Laws not to allow players to take the court without their BQ Memberships being current.  Our club is liable for fines up to $1000 if we allow unregistered players to take the court.  Players may play a maximum of two (2) games at the start of the season without payment.  If fees are not paid in full by the third (3rd) game you will not be allowed to take the court.  Please do not be offended if you have not paid and are asked to leave the court. These are rules set for us by Basketball Qld and as affilliate club admistrators it is our job to ensure they are followed as instructed. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!  

If you are having difficulties paying your KBA Court Fees or have a large family, a payment arrangement must be made by writing to the club secretary or by emailling kingaroybasketball@gmail.com. No payment arrangements will be made at the canteen. Written requests for extensions on Court Fee payments will be referred to the management committee for approval.  (This however does not apply to BQ registration fees which must be paid - no exceptions.)

We would prefer Court Fees be paid with your BQ registration online, however we are still able to take cash at the canteen. Please note that you are now able to pay via Bank Transfer online using POLI.  This is a convenient addition that was made to the registration portal last season.
