The AFL South East Commission have approved the inauguration of 2 new clubs and the reinstatement of 1 for the 2015 season. Start-up clubs Mornington JFC and Moorooduc JFC will join the Mornington Peninsula JFL and Keysborough JFC will be reborn in the Frankston District JFL after a hiatus of 7 years.
The 3 clubs intend to field U9 teams in their respective leagues for 2015 with their growth to be supported by strong numbers through their respective associated Auskick programs.
The Mornington and Keysborough Junior Football Club's will be aligned with their senior entities (Mornington and Keysborough FNC) with the Moorooduc JFC to be stand alone at this stage.
AFL South East would like to wish the three clubs the very best in their inaugural seasons.
