The community card program allows United to support the growing needs of local communities. United will make a donation back to our basketball community, everytime you purchase fuel
The program
Every time you purchase fuel at a United Petroleum participating outlet, United will make a donation to the MDBA. This donation will be tracked and published throughout the course of the year.
To get things started please complete the attached application form and return to the MDBA office. Once we have received your application we will forward to United for your exclusive Mornington Basketball / United Club Rewards Card. Terms and conditions apply and are detailed on the application form and on the back of the card.
