While Sydney Harbour were the overall winners of the AFL NSW/ACT Youth Girls State Cup held in Wagga over the weekend, our ACT girls showed that the depth of up and coming talent in the Canberra region is well and truly on the right path.
Two teams took part in the Carnival, and while the results didn't necessarily go the way the girls would have wanted, there were some major highlights over the two days.
After each game, the coaching staff, led by Adrian Pavese, Scott Reid & Trish Young, selected three players they felt best represented the spirit of the game.
