March Madness- Day 8 Highlights
Kolonia, Pohnpei- First match-up of the second prelims was between #1 Pool D's Pingelap Kihdeleng and #3 Pool C's P4 A.K.A Ng. Kihdeleng out scored P4 with their fast break plays and excellent shooting with a score of 71-40. #12 Vincent Malfin lead the Kihdeleng scoring with 21 pts, followed by Shawn (#14) with 12 pts. Henry Pretrick (#9) lead P4 with 8 pts and Tommy Lucios (#24) registering 7 pts.
IBC shocked the spectators in the facility and the Strippling Warriors in their meet with a 65-54 result. IBC was in control of the game from the starting tip. A late come back to single digit by the Warriors was ended due to bonus situation. Joshua (#32) lead IBC with 21 pts and backing him up was #22 Clinton Dikepa with 12 pts. Troy Yaingeluo (#14) lead the Warriors in scoring with 16 pts, Gifford Nena (#4) with 13 pts and Clinton Etse (#12) with 12 pts.
