The KBF NBDO and together with H4H Coordinator were manage and organize the training as a whole on behalf of the federation. Two weeks prior the event commences, NBDO and H4H Coordinator write invitation letters to all officials and follow up with emails to confirm their participation. Also NBDO work on all the checklist to ensure everything set prior the commencement of the workshop. The current officials are the one who have been participated in previous training workshop runs by ZDO's. As of during the workshop these officials will have a chance to refresh their knowledge and skills on both aspect such as theory and on court machenics. The KBF stages that these officials are very active but need more time with them learned and become better referees and scoretables.

On Saturday 27th Feb at 9am in the morning, NBDO spent his great effort conducting the training to 20 participants. According to the timeframe of the workshop the first part or module of the course was conducted in the classroom giving clear information and followed with working in groups such as activities and presentation for participants.
