The purpose of the meeting was to arrange and organised the launching for women as part of the H4H program within this quarter. The H4H Administrator Mr Tekabara Raurenti invite spectators to the meeting as to get ideas for what really need to share and discuss that day as well as for the official event. Each participants comes with perfect ideas and discuss with KBF, H4H coaches, NBDO and H4H Administor.

As usual before the meeting starts, NBDO prepare and distribute the programme for the day and followed with the agenda as to guide the 3 hours meeting with stakeholders. Each participants shared and contribute to what really need for the activity and confirmed as well their participation. After the meeting H4H Administrator conclude the meeting with thanks and informed reps that the final programme for that day will be circulated via emails and dispatch as well hard copies to stakeholders on Monday a week before the event commences.
