The course was been organize prior arrival of teams from Fiji by inviting SDO's and other active federation members to apply to this course. It was a general course for all national federation to come and attend after being informed via emails. After a two day course by Talemo (Mentor) and other master educators, the next step was for OSEP educator to deliver the CC&O and SiC course to coaches and players. This was being well organized by Tenoa Betene who is responsible to look after OSEP program in Kiribati.

It was a good opportunity for us to be part of this program. The aim of this program is to get as much knowledge and skills as OSEP Educator they way to deliver and especially get to the righ pathway for our athletes, coaches and officials to learn and know the quality and also to reach the high standard level of coaching and officiating. It is also for our own sake of specific sport to help develop.

Each one of us competent in delivering the course to these coaches which is a good example for us to deliver the same to our sport. The course was completely closed on Wednesday 13 August formally at the Gorge Hotel in Betio gathering all our participants and each of us OSEP Educators. All participants received their certificate certifying that they all competent. For Educators we didn't receive certificate but we been sign out by Talemo that we are all competent after completing and compiling all the report for the court the next day and giving us OSEP blue collar shirt signing off that we are ready to run OSEP multi courses for specific sport.
